All silicone base is mixed with 2-5% catalyst, too few or too much would affect the curing of silicone.2. Our silicone base can be mixed in proper rate to improve related functions.3. Our silicone is workable for both machine and table production which would not block mesh.4. Heating temperature of our silicone heat transfer stickers is 155~170?, 15~20 seconds according to different fabrics and thickness.5. The order we delivered if its not match your request, pls keep it sealed well for replacement.How to make silicone high density glossy effect ?1.mix High density silicone T-J05 (for cotton fabrics) or base-coating silicone T-J04(for polyester or swimwear smooth fabrics) then print under-coating 2 layers2.mix round silicone T-J02 or high density silicone T-J05 (for HD print) with colorpigments, print color mixture to the thickness requested.3.if you need round glossy effect, mix clear glossy silicone T-J03 or T-J031 and print on top 2 layers.Remark:1. All clear silicone has to be mixed with catalyst 2-5%, the more catalyst you add, the faster it would cure. Usually it can stay for 7 days working under room temperature, so its good for machine and table printing as well.2. All clear base in same series can be mixed together3. The heating temperature is around 100-120 degree. After mixing, it can be kept under room temperature for 150-168 hours. No mesh block.Any confusion, pls feel free to contact with me.
