Level 1 galvanized steel frame processed by mould, heavy assembly unit; promoting strengthening rib design and all fixed hole site stretching to reinforce the structure; not easy out of shape; 205mm(H), 460mm(W), small fuselage size; small space occupation; standard return air case, high effeient for units to prevevent from dust. Helpful to promote cleanliness of air system; return air and bottom air can freely shift; Flocking cotton was pasted on the air outlet, ceil, top and two sides panel and bottom to avoid any condensate water. Coil: Adopt high quality f7mm copper tube and shutter-type hydrophilic aluminum cooling fins; Mechanical expansion pipes make tube and fins touch tightly; by V design to extend heat exchange area, promote efficiency and reduce the noise; counter flow design to promote the heat exchanging efficiency of coil. Adopting DC brushless motor Advantages: Brushless dc motor has no excitation winding and brush of single-phase ac motor, which can eliminate friction loss and power consumption of ac motor.The motor has low calorific value, and the motor efficiency can reach more than 70%.Especially in the low and medium speed, compared with single-phase ac motor energy saving effect is more significant.
